We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Buffbunny Collection gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
